PODS lists 8-foot, 12-foot and 16-foot containers, which it says may hold about 1 room, 2 to 3 rooms and 3 to 4 rooms respectively. On the storage side, Public Storage's Form 10-K, FY2025 describes move-in offers such as “$1.00 rent for the first month” and says “We typically increase rental rates to our long-term tenants (generally, those who have been with us for at least five months) every six to twelve months.” Price a unit on its standard rate, not the offer.
